The ask
Organize the Harness Bake-off page before Round 2 is added.
What changed
- The Harness Bake-off page now has a short “How it works” section and a Rounds table: task, entries, status and leader for every round. It replaces the old page list that dumped every entry page.
- The page is generated by the bake-off script and refreshes whenever a run starts, finishes or results are published.
- Round pages get a link back to all rounds, and the results column is now labeled Contestant.
- Round settings for entry titles, a required model name and the timebox, so Round 2 needs no script changes. Every Round 2 title will name the harness and the model.
How
Claude (Cowork) over SSH: edited the bake-off engine and protocol doc, re-rendered with WP-CLI, verified both pages return HTTP 200.
What worked, what didn’t
Clean run, no rollbacks. The Round 1 Claude and ChatGPT entries still have no model in their titles because the models weren’t recorded at the time.
