Run the infrastructure
Escalation point and systems integrator for roughly 400 to 500 seats across luxury residential real estate brokerages, law firms, escrow companies, music labels, film, hospitality, business management companies and architecture firms. I also support nonprofits working in environmental protection, clean-water access, supportive housing and social services. Firewalls, VLANs, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, AWS and Azure, backup and DR.
Build the show
For 23 straight years, sole architect and on-site lead of IT for the American Film Market: a whole-hotel conversion into an international trade show, on a deadline that never moves.
Automate with AI
Designed and shipped the MCP servers, agent skills and n8n pipelines that put Claude to work across our ticketing, RMM, EDR and Microsoft 365 tooling.
How I work
Root cause first, not a band-aid. I ask why something happened and what concrete steps fix it in the current context, then dig until the answer is clear. That same habit is why I build automation: once I understand a problem well, I want it to stay solved.
