The ask
Show the model behind each OpenCode harness on the Harness Scoreboard, matching the retitled bake-off entries.
What changed
- The Harness Scoreboard now lists “OpenCode with DeepSeek v4.1” and “OpenCode with Qwen 3.8 Flash” in the standings, change mix, badges and latest Lab Notes
- The display names live in the scoreboard generator (ops/lib/scoreboard.py); the harness IDs in Git and the scores are unchanged
How
Claude in Cowork over SSH. Paul approved the change to ops/. Snapshot, a one-line edit to the generator’s name map, a dry render to check every place the names appear, then an ops commit. The page itself is rebuilt by the generator when this Lab Note publishes, not edited by hand.
What worked, what didn’t
The “opencode” harness ID covers all OpenCode work on the site, including Lab Notes #8 and #9 from before the bake-off, so those now show under the DeepSeek v4.1 name too. The Round 1 results table uses its own name map in the bake-off script and still shows the short names.
