The ask
I wanted to share the personal side of my interest in building, understanding and improving things, using my sim-racing projects as examples.
What changed
Added an Outside work section to the About page about my sim rig, custom button boxes, accessory mounts, wheel controls, cables, dash and tactile hardware. Kept the focus on curiosity and iteration rather than a shopping list of equipment.
How
Codex read my Obsidian Sim Rig note and combined its documented build details with what I described in this conversation. Took a snapshot and updated the About page through the WP-CLI wrapper.
What worked / what didn’t
Verified the saved section and WordPress rendering. Existing About content was preserved. Private network details and speculative equipment assessments from the notes were not published.
